What Granitebaygames offers its readers

Granitebaygames is a free reading site about browser business and economy sims. You can read every review, guide and comparison without creating an account, signing up for anything or paying a cent. Nothing is sold on this site.

By reading the site you accept these bylaws. They are short on purpose, and we have tried to write them in the same plain language as the rest of the site.

Scores are opinions earned through play

Every score, ranking and verdict here is the editorial opinion of our writers, formed after running companies in each game over many weeks. Reasonable founders may disagree with us, and we welcome that.

Browser games change over time through updates, new realms and adjusted rules. We revise our reviews when we notice, and we are grateful when readers notice first. Corrections can be sent to [email protected], and we act on them quickly.

Play buttons lead to the publishers’ own sites

Each play button opens the game’s official website in a new browser tab. From that point you are dealing with the publisher of that game, and its own terms of use and privacy policy apply to your account, your company and anything you choose to buy there.

Some of these buttons are partner links. Our rankings are decided by play and argued in the reviews, and partner links have no influence on where a game sits.

Who owns what on these pages

Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we use them only to identify the games we write about. The text, illustrations and design of Granitebaygames are our own work.

You are welcome to quote short passages with a link back to the page they came from. Please do not copy whole reviews or guides onto another site.

Reading Granitebaygames in good faith

We ask readers to use the site the way it is meant to be used: read it, share links to it and write to us. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk or pass off its content as your own.

We may update these bylaws from time to time, and the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.

The law that applies

These bylaws are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

If any part of these bylaws is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply as written.
